I began sculpting in 2007 after I decided to take a Ceramics class at our local college. I fell in love with getting my hands all messy in clay and finding my passion in what I learned could come out of that clay! Everything I do is on the whimisical side. I enjoy the expressions that my creatures show me. Whether they're talking or laughing or just thinking.
When I create my houses and buildings, I hear the cacophony of noises - people and sounds - and imagine all the excitement surrounding the setting.
My work is all created out of clay and kiln fired.
I live in Rescue, CA and I'm very active in Placerville Arts Association as their Vice President. I sell my pieces in "Flowers on Main" in downtown Placerville, CA and in "Archival Art Gallery" in Sactramento, CA.
